These high precision helical planetary gearheads from Apex Dynamics address the challenges of food
environments by incorporating many of our standard features, which include stainless steel, hardened shafts,
and patented input and output sealing with optional FDA approved epoxy coating.
Food Grade grease (NYE 670) and durable two-part food grade chip resistant food grade epoxy allow for the
planetary gearhead to be mounted above the food line, adding installation flexibility. The shaft and all
fasteners are stainless steel, reducing corrosion caused by exposure to cleaning solutions and food byproducts.
